Good culture but opportunities for improvement - Legal Equinix Employee Review

New CEO so company going through organizational changes resulting in some layoffs, uncertainty and spinning among employees. Strategy is a good one but the journey may come at a cost. Pay is not great, but value of shares (if employees entitled to shares) could make up for it. Not many opportunities and no clear path for upward progression due to size and structure of company and team. Lack of true transparency from senior management.
