Does Deloitte offer massages?
Pros
Great benefits and PTO is generous. They provide a well being subsidy of $500 per year to be used for work out classes and equipment. Even massages! Very well structured organization with lots of opportunity to learn and grow. Process-oriented and forward thinking. I felt proud to work here and feel that I worked among the best of the best. Also, I worked fully remote for the duration of my role which enabled a very comfortable work day. My job was very demanding but fulfilling and exciting. I did not mind the busyness since I was working from home daily.
Cons
Very demanding, long hours at times. Otherwise, enjoyed the role and firm very much!
Advice to Management
Visiting Deloitte University should be optional and not a requirement. Training and learning opportunities should be pursued by only those who are interested.

Does Deloitte have a sabbatical or career break policy?
Pros
Lots of flexibility (Remote work), structured raises and promotions, lots of investment in training, good amount of PTO, sabbatical program (6 months @ 40% pay after two years with an agreement to return for 1 year)
Cons
Hours can be grueling, restructured performance management is creating a very impersonal review process that is not very transparent or helpful. Work life balance can be tough because everyone is such a workaholic. Constant reorganizations can be confusing and seemingly pointless.
