The job itself is extremely boring and repetitive. If you do not enjoy doing paperwork, don’t join! Management never support people, the only thing they care about is business growth, they can book you to anywhere they want regardless of your experience level and interests. They expect you to work long hours but never pay you properly. Unclear career progression as you can either be promoted very quickly if you are a friend of the management, or will never be promoted and go elsewhere eventually. Salary is too low, the compensation package is like a joke
