      Cons

1 - Barely no information or trainings to start working in technical positions, you need to be very autonomous from the start. 2 - Also, no growth expectations, if you enter in a technical position, the goal for you it's to remain in that position. 3 - No salary increase apart from the annual inflation. 4 - No trainings, technically stuck.

Global Opportunities, but Compensation Falls Short

      Railway engineer
      Current employee
      Lisbon, Lisbon District
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business outlook

      Pros

One of the biggest advantages of working here is the opportunity to be part of a global company and contribute to international projects. This exposure allows employees to collaborate with diverse teams, gain valuable cross-cultural experience, and work on large-scale initiatives that have a real impact. It’s definitely a great environment for professional growth!

      Cons

The salary could be more competitive, especially considering industry standards. Negotiating a raise with HR is a challenging process, often met with resistance and a lack of transparency. Even high-performing employees struggle to secure meaningful salary increases, which can be frustrating and demotivating.
