      - Hybrid work/life balance - Collaborative environment at all locations - Great corporate facilities - Job stability with new contracts on the horizon

      Cons

      - Fair, but low pay & low pay increases - Extremely outdated documents. Everything seems to be tribal knowledge without published documentation. Everyone seems to be the "go-to" for something and gatekeeps the information on that subject.
