The Sunstates Security team is delivering exceptional results in the Nation’s Capital. Today, we are spotlighting two team members in the Washington D.C. region whose commitment to operational excellence has gone above and beyond. Lead Officer Adrienne Dieye and Site Supervisor Daniel Williams: Recognized for their "lead-by-example" performance during a recent emergency drill. Their clear communication and commitment to safety protocols earned them some well-deserved Sunstates swag! Both have been valued members of the Sunstates team for many years and remain trusted, foundational resources for our clients and personnel alike.
Another successful startup in the books! Last month, our team launched operations at a brand-new site in Sandusky, Ohio. This client already trusts Sunstates to protect several of their data centers across the country, and we were honored to be selected for this newly constructed location. Our team was on-site at 07:30 am on day one to implement additional protocols required for an active construction environment. The launch began with a comprehensive Safety Orientation in coordination with the construction firm, followed by a full site tour to ensure total operational readiness. This is the Sunstates Difference in action, disciplined, proactive, and ready from the first day. Great work to everyone involved! This successful launch highlights our ability to scale with precision, ensuring our national partners can count on Sunstates to deliver excellence at every new location. Photographed with the team is Regional Manager Jason Burton, National Account Manager Dayton Watts, Senior Operations Manager Rob Allen, and Corporate Training Manager Gabrielle McIntyre. #Security #SecurityCompany #SecurityServices #SecurityPartner #DataCenters #Ohio #OhioBusiness #Growth

Lots of great activity in the Charlotte region! Through recent site visits, interactive team meetings, and leadership recognition, we are continuing to strengthen our presence and support our people across the region. Corporate leadership recently joined local management for a comprehensive tour of a major armed account that transitioned to our portfolio last year. The team has excelled at managing this large-scale, multi-site operation, consistently exceeding expectations in their performance. Meeting with our personnel on-site provided a great opportunity to recognize their dedication to maintaining a secure and professional environment. Additionally, the Q4 Quarterly Supervisor Meeting brought together over 65 regional supervisors and five key client representatives. The session featured collaborative tabletop exercises and role-play training designed to sharpen communication skills and deepen client relationships. We concluded the day by celebrating the region’s success. We also celebrated Senior Operations Manager Ron Ashley for his outstanding performance and regional support. Throughout his four-year tenure, Ron has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and serves as an invaluable resource for the entire organization. #Team #Teamwork #Security #SecurityTeam #SecuritySolutions #SecurityCompany #SecurityOfficers #Charlotte #CharlotteBusiness #CharlotteNC #CharlotteNews
February is Heart Month, a time to recognize the vital importance of cardiac health and preparedness. At Sunstates Security, we take this commitment seriously, with over 3,000 CPR-certified team members across the country ready to respond when it matters most. Beyond our daily operations, we prioritize ongoing education, including recent hands-on training at our corporate headquarters to equip more team members with these life-saving skills. According to the American Heart Association, immediate CPR can double or triple a person's chance of survival during a cardiac event. Which is huge since over 350,000 cardiac arrests occur outside of the hospital every year. We see this impact firsthand through the heroic actions performed by our officers in the field. Our dedication also extends to the community; for three years, Sunstates has proudly participated in the Triangle Heart Walk, raising essential funds for AHA to support research and education. We encourage everyone to join us this month by learning CPR, volunteering, or donating to support this critical mission.
