Three officers in the Newark region were recently recognized for their actions following an incident at a food fulfillment and distribution facility. The team witnessed a domestic disturbance in the facility's parking lot. They intervened immediately, de-escalating the situation and providing the victim, a client employee, with the opportunity to retreat into the building. The intervention was handled with remarkable composure, resolving the conflict professionally and without physical altercation. Ron’s previous roles include a 20-year tenure as Regional President with an international security firm, where he also served as President of the Critical Infrastructure division and President of the Energy division for a combined seven years. With deep expertise in regulatory compliance and crisis response, Ron has directed 2,000+ personnel across domestic and international sites, including DOE, DOD, and nuclear facilities. He is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) who has authored industry-first security frameworks and contributed to federal safety regulations.
