On Oct. 15th, storyteller and World Champion Hoop Dancer Brian Hammill came onsite to educate us on the culture of Indigenous Peoples. A member of the Ho-chunk Nation, Brian educated us on the history of storytelling and performed a series of hoop dances—and even our CEO J.K. Symancyk got in on the fun! Our very own Bryan McCormick kicked off this year's Arizona Total Rewards Association conference, giving the keynote address and encouraging TR professionals to drive their HR departments toward building a new and better value proposition for their employees. Last Friday, Oct 11th, we celebrated National Coming Out Day. Every member of the LGBTQ community has a unique coming out story and we brought together a group of associates (and friends!) to share theirs. During this real-talk event, we heard about the courage and emotional strength it takes to come out and questions were not only welcomed but encouraged.
