It has been said that leadership is an action not a position, and that couldn’t be more accurate of NICE‘s CEO, Barak Eilam, who delivered a candid Unplugged session to an overflowing auditorium of NICErs during his quick stopover in Israel. With Barak having recently celebrated his 25-year anniversary at NICE, which coincided with his 10-year anniversary as CEO, there is no greater source of expertise about all things NICE!
Our CX Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) engineering teams across the globe showed their collaborative spirit in the 2nd annual WEM Engineering Recognition Week! Through fun activities, heartfelt cards, and gifts, the teams in Israel, India, Ukraine, and Richardson TX, honored the hard work and dedication of every member of the winning squad.

You’re never too old for egg-citing Easter egg hunts, especially when there are sweet treats and fun prizes at the finish line! NICE Sandy, London, and Bolivia enjoyed some festive fun in the lead up to Easter. Special thanks to the Easter Bunny for joining our Sandy NICErs in spreading some cheer to residents and staff at a local Alzheimer’s care facility. 🐰 Happy Easter to all our NICErs celebrating 🐰
The spotlight this month has been on our phenomenal women, but we can’t overlook our fabulous NICE dads in Bolivia who enjoyed a special Father’s Day celebration together. We’re sure our NICErs will be putting their new, fittingly branded caps to good use😎
We’ve wrapped up our International Women’s Month 2024 activities around the world, with our latest events held in the US, from Hoboken NJ and Atlanta GA to Mountain View CA and Richardson TX. NICE’s commitment to closing the gender gap in tech continues throughout the year, but we enjoy taking this special month to honor our trailblazing women who challenge limits, shatter glass ceilings, and pave the way for future tech generations.
We did it again! For the 7th year in a row, NICE has secured a spot on the Women Tech Council’s prestigious Shatter List🤩 With only a few dozen companies being selected, the list highlights tech and innovation companies whose programs are creating momentum and leading change towards breaking the glass ceiling for women in tech. Cheers to the perfect pinnacle of an exciting International Women’s Month!
NICErs in Israel marked the holiday of Purim differently this year 💞🎁 With the country still at war, NICErs enjoyed a much-needed dose of uplifting laughs through an improv session which saw NICErs on stage, in top form. NICE also supported reservists whose catering businesses have been negatively impacted, and they didn’t disappoint, serving up a delicious array of soul food. A big part of spreading the Purim joy is giving gifts of sweet treats to family, friends, and beyond. A group of teenage girls from NICE’s Code:Coda program delivered gift boxes to hospital staff, soldiers, and families evacuated from their homes due to the war. Despite the tough circumstances, this Purim was all about spreading joy and smiles!
Spring has (technically) sprung in the USA, and with it comes flowers, fabulous fashion, and great anticipation for the warmer months around the corner! To welcome spring, the NICE Hoboken cafeteria was transformed into an inviting setting of all the familiar picnic fun – minus the unpredictable weather and insects! With spectacular, floor-to-ceiling city views to set the scene, NICErs enjoyed scrumptious bites and an assortment of fun activities. It may still be cold outside, but it’s warm vibes all round at NICE Hoboken 😎
Even though the Philippines only really sees two seasons, our NICErs geared up for their upcoming summer with a vibrant, colorful celebration of ‘almost’ summer fun. It was a great opportunity for NICErs to toast to one another. And also, a perfect chance for them to grab the mic and show off their singing talents!
