Congrats to our latest Code:Coda graduates🤩 Our 5th cohort of teenage girls has graduated from Code:Coda – a unique NICE program that empowers teenage girls by introducing them to computing and coding and in doing so encourages them to pursue computer studies in high school, and ultimately careers in the tech world. Joining hundreds of Code:Coda alumni, 113 ambitious girls graduated from the two-year program, and delighted in presenting their final coding projects to their (very impressed) parents. Good luck to the 130+ first-year girls who will continue to their second year, and a huge job well done to our dedicated NICErs who inspire as Code:Coda mentors!

The Women in Technology (WiT) committee at NICE GTC in Pune, recently hosted an inspiring and stimulating SHE Talks session for members to hear insights from fellow NICErs, network, and empower one another through shared experiences. Aligned with our NICE Value of ‘Challenging Limits, Always,’ the WiT members were introduced to valuable resources that could offer new avenues for personal and professional growth. They also enjoyed an empowering talk entitled “Find Your Red Lipstick,” reminding them to always take bold actions and grab every opportunity in both their professional and personal lives.
NICE is all about making an impact – with our market-leading products and solutions, as well as through strengthening the communities where we operate🌍 We’ve wrapped up our annual Global Community Month (GCM) and our NICErs across the globe gave back to their communities through thousands of hours of hands-on volunteering. Over the last month, our teams have helped in soup kitchens, food banks, and animal shelters, renovated homes for students, the disabled and lone soldiers, and put a smile on the faces of the elderly, homeless, and disadvantaged children in their communities, among many more activities. Our teams loved taking the time to make a difference!
The AtlasRTX team, part of NICE’s CX division, in Park City, Utah, showed off their teamwork, energy and enthusiasm at the Park City Education Foundation’s 15th annual Running with Ed relay race, to raise money for classroom grants. This celebratory fundraiser sees over 1,000 locals, including teachers and students, get dressed in their goofiest running outfits for a fun and colorful, 8-leg course across Park City school campuses and the Utah Olympic Park. Our NICErs had a blast running the race, which exceeded its fundraising goals. Well done, AtlasRTX team!
Do your parents wonder what you do at work? NICErs in Pune invited their parents to come to the office and find out just that! Over 500 parents took over the GTC office – dancing, singing, and exploring while beaming with pride. NICErs introduced their parents to their managers and friends, and parents had the chance to learn about NICE’s products and solutions, and of course, enjoyed loads of spoils and treats!
It’s Global Community Month (GCM) at NICE, a tradition dating back to 2009, and our NICErs are loving giving back and actively volunteering in their communities! NICErs in India planted trees for a greener tomorrow, while NICErs in Austin, TX, USA put their green thumbs to work at a community food garden. NICErs in the Philippines spread joy at a local animal shelter. NICErs in Atlanta, GA, USA headed to a local NGO to package thousands of nutritional meals for the severely ill and NICErs in Melbourne prepared meals for the less fortunate. NICErs in Israel rolled up their sleeves to support local farming communities and even lifted residents’ spirits by helping to build them an outdoor movie theater for the summer.
To showcase our NICE Values in action, NICErs from our Sandy, Pune, Israel, and the Philippines locations competed in a friendly race. Testing their speed and precision, NICE teams brought their can-do attitudes to race around the offices and show off just how obsessed with winning they are! Here are just a few highlights from the NICE Values Sprint.
