We picked up the tab and match every dollar with a donation to Homes For Our Troops, a nonprofit building homes for injured veterans. 🇺🇸 Texas Roadhouse has proudly supported Homes For Our Troops for over 17 years, helping them complete more than 300 homes. This night wasn’t just about dinner, it was about showing how #NextivaCares. Big shout-out to Danielle Wilson for bringing this idea to life and showing what our Caring value is all about. That’s why Brennon Church brought AI Applied to hashtag#teamnextiva; a two day, company wide learning event designed to help our teams understand, adopt, and get inspired by AI. Brennon’s passion for helping employees learn and lead with AI sparked something powerful: real conversations, practical insights, and a shared mindset of growth. He even recruited department leaders to showcase how they are using it as a productive solution to their workflows. This is the perfect example of leading by example and what goes into building Amazing...together.
