Lesley started her journey as a relief care assistant during her final year at university in 1995 and a year into the role became a contracted care assistant. She continued to climb the ranks and became deputy home manager, care home manager and then moved over to the retirement living section of the organisation managing services in both Scotland and England.

The day was packed full of activities including the unveiling of a plaque to commemorate 30 years, planting a weeping willow and rowan tree as well as giving out long service awards to two colleagues who have been working at the home for 20 years
The Bristol home first opened in 2000 and to celebrate had a range of activities and events, including an afternoon tea where they looked through pictures showing how the home has developed to a summer barbeque party.
Deborah works as a Activity Coordinator over at MHA Weston and Queensway House and raised over £500 for the homes amenities fund. Well done Deborah!
