The target market our client thought would most be responsive to its offering wasn't engaging. By analyzing the data we received through our outreach (both LIVE and by email) we were able to change direction and focus on a new group of individuals not initially thought to be a fit. All of this came together due to the strategic thinking of team members Peter DeBartolo, Stephen Kirkpatrick, Sharon Kulawiak, Kelly Lane, and Tony Norton whose data analysis, communication and collaboration solved this roadblock to success.
