The world of prospecting and B2B sales is changing, and so is ML. To help us embrace the opportunities these changes represent, we have promoted Teresa S. Block to Sales Manager. Teresa has demonstrated what it takes to find, qualify, research, book, and make sure meetings are conducted for our clients. She has been a top-performing Market Research Specialist for more than a decade and led that team through many changes. She has also successfully completed several Sales Development Specialist assignments over the years. Most recently, she helped us roll out a Sales Research pilot project. Now, she will take on Sales Management of assigned accounts, working in all these roles as needed to ultimately achieve the end goal for the client. Congratulations, Teresa! Many of the participants in “ML’s 2023 Client Quality Assessment Survey” said they are incorporating trade shows, conferences, and their own hosted events into their sales efforts but are being much more strategic. They have moved away from participating “because everybody else will be there” or “we have always done that show” to a higher focus on revenue generation, relationship building and raising brand awareness. Respondents are participating in events that attract their total addressable market. Therefore, they are investing in initiatives to better identify and understand target audiences so that they can make the best decisions concerning event participation. Meet Theresa Applegate. Theresa has been with ML since 2013 in a variety of roles. She has always had a natural affinity for technology, which led to her current role as our Technology Manager.
