At the center of the celebrations was our Kohler India team, whose Women@Work business resource group hosted a live-streamed global event featuring a panel discussion from Kohlerâs own Sameer Bondre, Dr. Virender Kumar Ahuja, Naveen Begwani, and Niharika Arora, as well as architects Prachi Jain and Ketaki Poonawala. The captivating discussion focused the 2026 theme of #GiveToGain, including sponsorship vs. mentorship, how to build real influence, reduce structural barriers, and create workplace environments that enable women to thrive. A fireside chat with Kohler global leaders Emma Foster, Shawn Oldenhoff, Ellen Corris-Thorne, Jean Gong, Ashley Nagel, and Lynnete Barnice rounded out the festivitiesâsharing leadership experiences, career development, and what it means to lead with impact. Hereâs to the women of Kohler, and their inspiring impact on our business and the communities where we live and work. #InternationalWomensDay #IWD2026 #WomenWhoLead #AltogetherKohler #BecomeMoreAtKohler
