Driving change—one swing at a time. 🏌️ 144 golfers hit the course in support of something bigger—raising funds for two impactful veteran-focused organizations: Caddie School for Soldiers, which helps veterans transition to civilian life through connection and training, and Taskforce Uplift supporting the children and families of service members. Hosted by the Kohler Alliance for Veterans and Supporters (KAVS) business resource group at our very own Whistling Straits, the 4th annual Veterans Alliance Charity Golf Outing raised more than $120K and brought together corporate sponsors, nonprofits, and the military community—all united in support of those who’ve served. #Veterans #AltogetherKohler #BecomeMoreAtKohler
A big #TeamKohler welcome to our newest U.S. interns and co-ops! 🙌 This summer, more than 70 students hailing from 25 colleges and universities across the country will spend the next 12 weeks working on business-critical projects, professional development, peer and executive networking—and plenty of memory-making along the way. They enjoyed their first few days touring campus, meeting with leaders, and experiencing a few Kohler Hospitality destinations. Early talent is essential to our workforce: the infinite potential, new perspectives, and future-focused skillsets necessary to drive innovation and leadership. Another incredible PGA WORKS Collegiate Championship (PWCC) in the books! ⛳💫 The PWCC is considered the most culturally significant championship in collegiate golf, designed to highlight competitive golf programs at underrepresented minority-serving institutions and promote careers in the business of golf and beyond. This year’s event, hosted at The Park in West Palm Beach, was the third of our six-year partnership with PGA of America and PGA of America REACH Foundation—which includes sponsoring the PWCC and its corresponding Beyond the Green career event, providing scholarship grants, and hosting the 2025 and 2029 championships at Whistling Straits. Jesse Lemel, co-president of our BOLD Ability business resource group, represented Kohler at the Seramount EmERGe Conference with an incredible panel discussion on “Turning ERG Insight into Enterprise Value.” He shared how BOLD Ability, which is dedicated to creating a disability-friendly workplace and community, is intentionally connecting inclusion to business impact—bringing forward real Kohler stories of inclusive facility design, team integration and camaraderie, community partnerships, and innovation driven by lived experience of our associates. Inclusion, when embedded into our products, processes, and services, not only enhances engagement but drives meaningful and measurable business results.

A warm Kohler welcome to our 2026 Leadership Development Program (LDP) cohort! 🙌 This stellar group joined us for a pre-boarding event, “The Kohler Preview,” an action-packed experience designed to help ease the transition from college to a full-time role by building connection and community before day one. Incoming LDPs spent time with future peers, current LDPs, and managers while getting an early feel for our culture and the surrounding area before they relocate to Kohler in June. Our two-year Leadership Development Programs offer rotations across Kohler's various business units in Engineering, Commercial, Digital, Finance, Human Resources, and Operations & Supply Chain to gain real-world experience and build foundational leadership skills.
