Today is International Women’s Day and this year’s theme is #ChooseToChallenge. This means celebrating women’s achievements, raising awareness against bias and taking action for equality. During this whole week, our Global Keypath locations are sharing stories of the women who have inspired us and learning about historic women who have challenged the status quo. We will also be inviting some of the incredible women from all over the globe who are part of the Keypath team to speak on a panel and share stories about how they are leaders in all areas of their personal and professional lives. We look forward to an incredible week of celebrating women! #IWD2021
Last October, we launched our Global Diversity and Inclusion framework to inform our activities and initiatives to ensure the diversity within our organization only continues to grow. This week, we've taken some time to sit down with Robin Washington, Senior Advisor to the CEO for Diversity, Inclusion and Equity to learn about her thoughts on our year to date.
During the month of February (also observed in the UK in October), our Keypath team is coming together to celebrate #BlackHistoryMonth. Our offices are excited to share resources, engage in important discussions, and are taking the time to highlight some of the most important historical members of the Black community each week.
