Mr. Tanmay Mathur, Head - Product, Hughes Systique, was invited to share his insights at HP's Z-Transform Edition 25 in New Delhi. An initiative of HP, the discussions were designed as an interactive, brainstorming workshop where participating enterprise leaders and pioneers collaborated to identify, explore, and achieve consensus on harnessing the power of advanced artificial intelligence including Generative and Agentic AI for enterprise use cases. During his session, Mr. Mathur spoke about AI use cases within HSC’s domain that have been evaluated and found to be most aligned with organisational goals. He discussed what makes these use cases impactful from business, operational, and customer perspectives, and how infrastructure, compute, and data security considerations are influencing HSC’s AI implementation and integration strategy. Mr. Mathur also shared best practices that can help organisations enhance their readiness for AI adoption and position themselves to fully realise its potential. Following the event, he observed, “The key theme that stood out was the shift towards platform thinking—building reusable, governed foundations that enable multiple use cases, rather than isolated AI solutions.”

Mr. Amit Gupta, AVP – Engineering, Hughes Systique, was invited to join a committee which was set up by Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), the R&D wing of Ministry of Defence, Govt of India. The committee was set up to define the AI validation and Verification guidelines for inducting AI in the defence forces. It was constituted of eminent members from academia, scientists from DRDO and Mr. Gupta, one of the 2 industry experts in the committee, represented HSC. He noted that, “It was an honour to be a part of this esteemed committee. It allowed me to interact with industry experts but also gave me & HSC the opportunity to be of help to our nation & the forces”. The findings of the committee were published and released at DRDO Quality & Innovation at DRDO Bhawan in Delhi.
