At Hughes Systique, our culture is built on the belief that success is most meaningful when it is shared with our people and the extended members of the HSC family. Re-sharing this heartfelt thought from Mr. Vinod Sood, MD, Hughes Systique, which perfectly reflects the values we cherish as an organization. Over the years, we have upheld a special tradition—celebrating the academic achievements of our employees’ children not just through recognition, but through their own words. The letters we receive each year are filled with gratitude, pride, and dreams for the future. As we celebrate our young achievers who have successfully passed their Class 10ᵗʰ & 12ᵗʰ examinations, along with various competitive exams, the letters shared this year once again remind us of what truly matters. What has evolved into a cherished tradition reflects our deep commitment to employee centricity beyond the workplace. Because at HSC, we don’t just celebrate milestones, we celebrate the people and families behind them. We take pride in fostering a culture where aspirations are nurtured, achievements are shared, and every success story becomes a collective moment of joy. To all our young achievers, we are incredibly proud of you. Your journey ahead is full of possibilities, and we are honoured to be a small part of it.
Communities that are informed are communities that protect. 🌱 This inspiring initiative underscores a powerful truth: when awareness takes root within communities, environmental conservation becomes more effective, sustainable, and scalable. Empowered with knowledge, individuals transform into active custodians of their ecosystems. Through our continued partnership with Odisha Paryavaran Sanrakshan Abhiyan Trust, Hughes Systique is proud to support such grassroots efforts that bring awareness, education, and action together for environmental protection. A special mention to Keutajanga, a Tsunami Ready Village as recognised by UNESCO-IOC, where preparedness and community awareness work in tandem to safeguard both lives and nature. It stands as a strong example of resilience built through informed action. At Hughes Systique, we believe that meaningful change begins with awareness and grows through collaboration.

In an article for Outlook titled “Human-centric AI in the Time of Agentic AI”, Mr. Pradeep Kirnapure, Distinguished Engineer, Hughes Systique, explores the rapid shift from assistive AI to agentic AI—systems capable of autonomous decision-making and action—and underscores the growing need for human-centric AI (HCAI). He observes that as AI agents gain greater independence, trust, accountability, and ethical alignment become critical. The article emphasises frameworks such as FATE (Fairness, Accountability, Transparency, and Ethics) and a “double bottom line” approach, stressing that AI should augment human judgment rather than replace it. Mr. Kirnapure notes that the success of agentic AI will depend less on technological sophistication and more on how effectively it remains aligned with human values, oversight, and societal well-being.

Such initiatives help transform urban spaces into healthier, more inclusive, and future‑ready environments.
