Michele is the first person (and smile) to greet you upon entering the Hain headquarters in New York. Call it her inherent island vibe or the simple fact that she’s just a jovial spirit, Michele Powell takes her role as “Chief Greeter” very seriously, and thanks to her array of talents, she's a great receptionist too. She stepped into her role 15 years ago and has seen the company transform first-hand. When asked what resonates most about her position she’ll always tell you it’s the people. Michele has a passion for being a strong partner and resource, and if you ask anyone who's come through the Hain doors, they’d be inclined to agree that she's that and more. Being a first point of contact for anyone visiting or calling Hain, Michele sets the stage for the human experience. It’s a tremendous responsibility but she’s motivated by a leadership team that, in her opinion, has created an organizational culture that inspires you to be your best self.

Michelle Nadboy has been investing in the planet since childhood -- adopting the ideas of sustainability and conserving our natural resources long before it became her career path. As Hain’s Senior Manager of ESG, she now uses her passion to implement Hain’s global ESG strategy with a strategic focus on climate change. Working as part of the legal team, she assesses stakeholder interests, develops global policies, and works to build a culture of ESG throughout the organization. Listening to the challenges and opportunities that face each function is critical to her role. Many people think ESG is all about the “E” environment, but for Michelle, working on the volunteering program and sitting on Hain’s Diversity and Inclusion Council affords her an opportunity to focus on the “S” (social) and engage with employees at every level about societal issues that impact everyone.

To Lori Michelin, taking the road less traveled was the only option when deciding to follow her passion. Now a leader in the male-dominated supply chain management field, she knew as a young girl that she wanted to be an engineer. Her supportive father fanned that flame those years ago and Hain is proud to call her our Vice President, Manufacturing Operations, North America. With a background in lean manufacturing, sustainability, strategic planning, and setting up global programs, Hain and Lori aligned to bring the former Molson Coors and Colgate-Palmolive supply chain executive home from the Shenandoah Valley to be closer to her family in the Philadelphia area. From the interview process - to onboarding - to her day-to-day responsibilities, Lori feels her voice is heard and her vision for building Hain's supply chain operations is welcomed. A first-generation college grad, Lori looks forward to engaging with Hain’s D&I initiatives and to continue advocating for STEM diversity - a long-time passion of hers.
