Today is a particularly exciting Monday morning here at Flybits as we have officially reopened our Toronto office, in new location! Things are definitely different from our previous office moves, but different is not bad. Almost 20 months ago, Flybits operated as a primarily in-office company. Making the switch overnight (literally) to a fully remote organization presented new challenges and new opportunities. We’re moving ahead with a hybrid working model - starting with giving our colleagues the flexibility to choose whether they’d like to work remotely, come into the office, or a mix of both. This is what we believe works for Flybits at this time. Others may be doing things differently, and it’s important to respect those differences and continue to learn from one another. It’ll be an exciting week ahead as we get to see each other in-person again, and some of our newer employees for the first time!
