Pros

The idea of contextual AI was interesting at first.

Cons

People were let go very often it seemed like there’s a regular schedule for it! The reason was because we were always made culprits of the declining company performance! But the truth is our equipments, tools, and even our products were outdated and our competitors have outdone us!

Such a frustrating experience...

Pros

I joined this company because of the good things I've heard, but I honestly don't know why Flybits is getting any praise at all, because as far as I can tell, working here has been horrible. The pay isn't too bad, but it's nothing to write home about, and there aren't a lot of opportunities for

Cons

My experience with Flybits has been nothing but frustrating. The work environment is incredibly chaotic, stressful, and suffocating, and it's mostly thanks to the terrible leadership running the company. They are vain, incompetent, and controlling. they have no idea what they're doing, but set expectations sky-high, and act as if they know how to do your job 10 times better than you. My work-life balance is terrible because they keep making unreasonable demands and setting unrealistic deadlines, and they couldn't care less if what they're asking for is impossible. It's already frustrating enough having to keep up with brutal workloads, but they also love telling employees how to do their jobs and monitor their every move at all times, which does nothing except frustrate and get in the way. If it weren't for such awful leadership, this company would thrive a lot more, and employees would be much more satisfied.

Engineers are pushed past human limits

Pros

I once believed this job would open doors, but that hope vanished fast.

Cons

Working at Flybits as an engineer felt like being thrown into a storm with no lifeline. You are pushed to deliver the impossible, hit demands that make no sense, and race against deadlines that feel designed to break you. Exhaustion became the norm, and the constant strain never let up. Even on the rare days when I managed to pull off what was asked, the effort was ignored as if it meant nothing at all.
