We are thrilled to announce that Sryas/Ducen has taken a very positive step towards ensuring our website is WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) & AODA (Accessibility of Ontarians with Disabilities) compliant. Today, our websites cater to visitors with a wide array of disabilities. While this is in adherence to meet Canadian accessibility law, this change also reflects our strong commitment to make Sryas/Ducen more accessible for visitors across the world.
We’re proud to announce that our Offshore Delivery Center in Manila, Philippines has received the ISO 27001:2013 certification for the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and related business processes.
Our 2021 strategic initiatives have created an opportunity to demystify an important part of our identity — the connection between Sryas and Ducen. Since 2003, both Sryas and Ducen have worked together to build capability and deliver business outcomes. Both the companies operate under the same management and essentially work as a single entity. Though Sryas and Ducen work together, some organizations may know us only as Sryas or only as Ducen. But, it is important to note that Sryas is the parent company while Ducen is the brand. In the efforts to demystify our branding, we wanted to also promote consistency and unity within and outside our organization. As we continue to empower Fortune 1000 companies through quality solutions and services, Sryas and Ducen will continue to work and operate as one and will be sharing the same portfolio of product and services globally.
We’re thrilled to announce to you about our all new Ducen website. Our team spent months reflecting on our digital presence and how we can redefine and showcase our capabilities in a more meaningful way. Jumping off from the tremendous growth we experienced last year, we wanted to make strategic changes that will help us continue along this trajectory. One of them just happens to be the Ducen website.
We’re excited to reveal the all-new Ducen blog, with a fresh coat of paint and a new name – Ducen IQ. The blog site was revamped and restructured to improve reader and visitor experience as they browse through the platform and catch up on all things technology.

Employees As a global company, the safety and job security of our employees are one of our top priorities. When lockdowns started around the globe, we quickly transitioned 100% of our employees to remote work, allowing us to continue business operations as-is. Today, we?ve implemented a work-from-home policy across our offices, and this will continue until further notice. We have also doubled down on employee engagement campaigns, such as Zoom meetups and games, to keep morale high. Amid the crisis, we can proudly share that we did not have a single lay-off, and Ducen is continuously on the lookout for talents to add to our roster. Our contribution to our communities A few weeks into the lockdown, our team launched our first publicly available dashboard: a real-time, interactive COVID-19 global report powered by our end-to-end data science platform Analance. The dashboard is our own little way to help the community amid the coronavirus crisis. It is connected to a live data set aggregated from authoritative sources such as Bing, the World Health Organization (WHO), the US Cent
