About the role… The successful applicant will lead the group-wide L&D department, work alongside business leaders to offer market leading development programmes to existing and new team members, whilst ensuring that your team offer exceptional training to suit the business needs. You will oversee all aspects of training, including e-learning, collaboration with external partners, and classroom-based training.
