I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Doyle Collection (London, England) in Apr 2026
Interview
Snobbish and dishonest interview process. Firstly, they advertise a higher level job which they then tell you has been filled but still leave it open online and offer you a lower level position. They make you feel wanted and leave you hanging for weeks and ghost you in-between. They require a useless logical test online. Decision is then bureaucratic and made in Dublin rather than locally.

I applied online. I interviewed at Doyle Collection in Jan 2025
Interview
I applied a few ago and yesterday I received a call and a voice message from the person overseeing the recruitment process. When I was next available I returned their call and for 9:38 minutes I was grilled over my work history. The recruiter asked me what made me apply, why I had moved around so much jobwise and asked when I had graduated because in their opionion "my cv was a bit jumpy".
The person overseeing recruitment had an air of snootiness about them throughout the entire conversation and it left me feeling judged.
Its experiences like these that put candidates off applying for roles.
Not a positive start to the new year.
