I'm working primarily with one of Dataprise's largest clients, and the constant exposure to so many different technologies is something I value. Each day is a new challenge! How does Dataprise encourage employee success? Dataprise offers a lot of resources and tools to help their employees grow. Additionally, management teams do a very good job at assessing when an employee may be ready to elevate their role or take on a new challenge within the business. There is a lot of encouragement to apply internally when the right time comes and having an employee job board makes it very easy to do that.

Which important issue(s) impacting female professionals do you want to bring more awareness to during Women’s History Month? Equal pay and gender bias. What is a women’s organization that you would like to raise awareness about? The Women + Cybersecurity = Women's Society of Cyberjutsu is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to raising awareness of cybersecurity career opportunities and advancement for women in the field, closing the gender gap and the overall workforce gap in these roles.
