We held our first Chimer Resource Group (CRG) Summit, bringing leadership from Chime's six CRGs together to dig into connection, alignment, strategic planning, and professional development. 🙌 Our CRG leads shared knowledge, heard from guest speakers, and hosted a CRG Resource Fair for Chimers at our San Francisco office, highlighting (and gifting) literature that shines a light on their communities! 📚🌎 At Chime, CRGs provide a safe space for community and connection among Chimers with a specific affinity or identity. Throughout the year, they organize programming—including thoughtfully designing how Chime celebrates their heritage month—that ranges from cafeteria takeovers and games to informative career advice and volunteer opportunities for their communities and allies to make Chimers feel seen, heard, and welcomed. 💚
