As we observe Memorial Day, let us take a moment to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. This day is dedicated to their memory and the profound gratitude we owe them. Today, we pay tribute to those who gave their lives, ensuring the liberties we cherish.
May is Military Appreciation Month, a time to honor and recognize the incredible contributions, sacrifices, and service of our troops, both past and present. Established in 1999, this month ensures we publicly show our appreciation for those who have served and continue to serve. Please make time to express our gratitude and support for the members of our armed forces. #MilitaryAppreciationMonth #SupportOurTroops #BlueWater
At Tetra Tech, we believe that a truly effective and impactful diversity, equity, and inclusion program must include accessibility. On Global Accessibility Awareness Day, we are announcing that Tetra Tech has formalized our company-wide accessibility efforts into our updated Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility (DEIA) Program. Accessibility is the ease with which an individual can access and use a space, service, or product within an environment—whether digital or physical. One billion people (15% of the world’s population) have disabilities, according to the United Nations. But they too often encounter barriers to access. So, we ask: Why wouldn’t we... want everyone to be able to use our services and products? want all our employees to be able to do their best work? want everyone to be able to access our materials? If you want those things too, then you already understand the importance of accessibility. If you aren’t focusing on accessibility yet, we challenge you to start today. Learn more and view our DEIA policy: https://www.tetratech.com/insights/tetra-tech-recognizes-global-accessibility-awareness-day/ Special thanks to our internal accessibility champions and our TetrAbility Employee Resource Group for their partnership in this process. #GAAD #GAAD365 #A11y #Accessibility

Asian and Pacific Heritage Month provides an excellent opportunity to recognize the significant contributions of influential Asian figures, including our associates! As a senior communications and outreach specialist, Ariani leads ASEAN-wide communications for the Sustainable Fish Asia Technical Support (SuFiA TS) project. Ariani collaborates closely with our client and regional partners to promote region-wide responsible fishing practices in the Indo-Pacific region, one of the most productive fisheries on the planet. Ariani says, “Diversity, equity, and inclusion means leaving no one behind, especially those in marginalized groups lacking access to social and economic opportunities. Ariani adds, “I am honored to do work that supports local communities, especially women working in international fisheries as traders, processors, and buyers. This work touches everyone, from creating economic opportunities for our youths and conserving precious marine life to providing access to food worldwide.”
This month Tetra Tech celebrates Pan-Asian heritage and the contributions of our global community of #Asian, #PacificIslander, and #Polynesian employees to our work, clients, and communities. Follow us throughout Asian Pacific Heritage Month as we recognize and honor the innovations of this global community in science, technology, engineering, and math and the valuable contributions of our Pan-Asian employees to Tetra Tech. #APAHM #AAPI #DEI #Ascend #DiversityAndInclusion #STEM
As Earth Month begins, we want to know: What have you been doing in the past year to make the world a more sustainable place? At Tetra Tech, sustainability is part of our nearly-60-year history, our hashtag#ESG commitments, culture, and projects around the world. On Earth Day we’ll publish our annual Sustainability Report sharing our progress against the commitments we made in our 2030 Sustainability Goals, including: • Improving the lives of 1 billion people through our projects • Reducing our greenhouse gas emissions, water use, and office footprint • Improving the gender balance and racial and ethnic diversity in our workforce • Supporting employee engagement, inclusion, and wellness This month we’ll also tell you about some of the good work that our employees do year-round, including efforts to address the massive challenge of plastic pollution for the most impacted people and environments. Doing better for the earth and our communities is not a one-day, one-month, or even one-year commitment. It’s part of our work and our lives, every day. We hope it’s part of yours, too. So, let us know: What have you been doing—professionally or personally—this past year to make our global home a little more sustainable?
