This holiday season BlueWater teamed up with FIT Operating Unit LS Technologies (LST) to support the Angel Tree Program to adopt 12 children in need from Fairfax County, VA. Through this program, we helped to ensure the kids receive toys, clothing, and gift cards to open on Christmas morning. 🎁 Our team came together to fulfill wish lists, purchase gifts, and spread holiday cheer. 🌟 Employee Spotlight 🌟 We are excited to recognize Tim Drevitch as our Employee of the Month for FEMA! Tim joined us as a mobile app developer and has quickly become essential to our team. His technical skills and dedication were vital during Hurricanes Helene and Milton, ensuring the FEMA app stayed reliable for record numbers of users. His clear communication and documentation make him a true standout. Outside of work, Tim shares his passion by coaching college hockey at Worcester Polytechnic Institute and leading a goalie clinic in Massachusetts. He also enjoys golfing, running, working out, watching sports, going on trips, and hanging out with friends on the weekend. Thank you, Tim, for your hard work and impact on the FEMA mission!
After 20 years of service leading BlueWater Federal Solutions, we bid farewell to Mr. Nault as he embarks on a new course. As President of BlueWater, Mr. Nault's leadership, vision, and dedication have been instrumental in shaping the success of the company and its mission. His deep expertise in the finance, IT, and federal contracting sectors has guided us through major achievements on behalf of our defense and national security clients. Mr. Nault's contributions extend beyond the workplace, serving for over 12 years as Chairman and a member of the Board of Directors for the National Spine Health Foundation, where his passion for research, patient advocacy and spine health education shines. Donna's 22 years of service in the Air Force as an Intelligence Analyst provided her with invaluable expertise in threat analysis, and her master's in strategic communications has been key to her success in this role. 🌟Employee Spotlight🌟 We're thrilled to recognize Kierstin for June’s employee spotlight! She is a vital part of the DISN CP program in Whitehall, OH. She joined the Customer Outreach team in 2022 then quickly advanced to the Project team as a Project Coordinator. Kierstin primarily manages the IPTS project, ensuring smooth operations by conducting weekly calls with status updates for the project manager and the government contracting office. Her dedication, teamwork, and excellence in this fast-paced environment makes her truly outstanding.
