Our RISE initiative is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive space for members who identify with the female, queer, femme-expressing, and gender non-conforming experiences in our fields. RISE aims to raise those voices in a collaborative, goal-driven, and supportive environment where our staff can connect, empower change, and build our business. All year long, we will be hosting events geared for both members and allies to participate in and "RISE" with us. Stay tuned as we share more information and events from our RISE members.
