Positive Outlook

Pros

-Lots of internal social, interest groups to socialize, make friends and meet others from other Divisions -Really cool company intranet to share news/accomplishments -Everyone is really friendly

Cons

Can't think of any worth noting - Binnie is always looking to listen and improve which is great

Advice to Management

Show up and support any diversity initiatives so your staff know what you value as a team, as culture is created usually from the top down
