      Pros

      Great pay no matter what that whiner says and it caps at 36 dollars an hour and 14 on duty!we can use air whiner!new equipment and yes they do care!i trained that baby! Glad your gone.

      Lots of hours work weekends at reg pay

      Our drivers are the most important team of any transportation organization. Without your hard work and dedication we would not exist. As far as the driver's communication with dispatch, we have been improving and will continue to do so - Thank you for your feedback. Keep it coming!

      Pros

      New Tractors and semi new trailers. Sorry can't think of anything else?

      Cons

      Pay, health benefits real expensive. They don't pay overtime, and they expect you to do ( 14 ) hour days + everyday. This so call company that says they take care of there drivers is just a front to get you in the door. There turnaround rate of drivers and office staff is amazing. They expect you to sit in this tractor during summer time heat 100 + degrees and not use the AC. They pay $24.00 an hour to drive! Sounds good!! But no, it's only when you are driving. The rest of you're hard earn money is sitting waiting to get loaded at $ 12.00 an hour. I'm not BS! See for you're self?

      Decent pay if you have experience. Company is at the citAdel you can shop during your lunch break!

      Cons

      No work life balance . No raises . No bonuses over worked . Poor management
