- Good work life balance, although overtime paid rate isn't make sense(too small). - Flexible working hour (for IT only with terms and conditions)

Cons

- Some of the benefits is being cut - Upper level doesn't care about lower level at all - Free lunch has terms and conditions - You'll be stuck at one point. (not a good place for growing your skill)

Flat hieararchy, all management level are very approachable. Good learning environment, company provide a lot of learning opportunities, free to borrow books, knowledge sharing session, mentorship.

Cons

As in most of startup the work pace is very dynamic & priorities changed fast.
