Frequent travel in order to meet in-person maintains healthy bonds between otherwise physically distant relationships. The firm manages to walk the line between being a small start-up and an international company which gives a taste of cultures from around the world. Generous equity buy-in model starting first year. Remote-first company means that there is no 'stranded-on-an-island' feeling for fully remote employees. Management is professional and very competent. They take their fiduciary responsibility to the company and its employees seriously and work hard to ensure the best outcomes are met.

The onboarding process is smooth and makes you feel like you belong to the team right from the beginning by making sure you meet the whole company in your first few days as a fresh employee. The balance between work and private life is taken very seriously, it's part of our company culture as well, and it encourages you to grow, both professionally and personally. The team. That's the biggest pro for me. I genuinely like all the people I work with, they offer a great support system and have created a comfortable and engaging work environment (plus they're all really lovely people)
