      Love how nextSource is spinning negative reviews on "a few bad apples"

      Pros

      If you want to work for a company that chases off long term clients, does everything in their power to mess up payroll, and then blames it on a "few bad apples", nextSource is for you! If you believe the "fake reviews" , this is the company for you! Perhaps all the "good apples" got out and there's only a "few bad apples" left?

      Cons

      nextSource has a history of missing payroll and providing limited information to contractors as to why their pay didn't hit on time (and three business days later) and why withholding taxes and 401k deductions are incorrect. Time and time again. The CFO doesn't understand staffing payroll and their own system. The CEO believes it's a "transaction" world out there and not based on relationships. They've done a great job at running a company into the ground!

And with change, comes resistance.       I enjoy working with my colleagues at least the ones who are left.

      Cons

      This has been a very difficult year. Feels like we're a shell of the company we used to be under the founder. Have lost some major accounts and layoffs just keep happening with no explanation. Our leadership doesn't seem to have any real plan or vision. Needless to say, morale is about as low as it can go..

      Employees tend to get along.

      POOR LEADERSHIP. I'm not sure they understand the word leadership. Instead of the company growing its not. Management continues to lie to their employees, make terrible business decisions and waste thousands to millions of dollars.
