      Employees tend to get along.

      Cons

      POOR LEADERSHIP. I'm not sure they understand the word leadership. Instead of the company growing its not. Management continues to lie to their employees, make terrible business decisions and waste thousands to millions of dollars.

      Pros

      Compared to my colleague's other agencies such as Dexian, NextSource pays a lot better. Responds quickly to emails.

      Cons

      They partner with United Healthcare as their medical insurance provider. Not a lot negative to say of them as a company.
