Pros
- If you get a job in their operations department, it's a decent gig you need some money before looking for a better job (stay away from collections position) - Not really any micromanagement from upper management - Some friendly people in sales/hr
Cons
- Dying company that owes a lot on their bills - Turnover rate is awful especially for collectors - Some people hate working there and are unhappy - Bosses have definitely mailed it in
