Website needs more graphics and less words. The NCSPLUS Cash Recovery System sometimes has a cost that is too small for the money collected.

It has a casual work environment, which I personally enjoyed. Being a Small Business I had the personal initiative and the OK of Upper Management to wear several hats, which caused e to grow exponentially. I like working with minimal supervision, so I enjoyed the Upper Management's lack of micromanagement.

The biggest challenge I found was poor support from my colleagues, as the "It's Not My Job" attitude and Overall Mediocrity was an epidemic. BUT, isn't "Average" the "New Normal?" I will not tolerate 'Average", I never have, and as such, the fact that it was tolerated was my biggest challenge.
