      the training program was really useful for my future job assignments, good opportunity to learn German, good location

      it's hard to grow if your German level is not very high, some projects use old technologies

      Pros

      a good place to meet more experienced people. Also a good environment for self learning.

      Cons

      When you gather a consistent level of experience, it is good to change the place. The pay philosophy is really bad. Ask in the first place the amount for what you want to sell your work and don't expect / believe them that will offer you an increase. :) that's just a big lie.

      Pros

      Pleasant, organized team who show willingness to ramp you up even if you are new in the industry. They will support you with trainings and documentation for what you will need to do on the job. Flexibility Regular trips to the client Above average vacation days Learning platforms

      Cons

      Almost zero benefits(they introduced meal tickets from 2023 and they pay 7card, thats it) Salary is low, even though they hire fluent German speakers(other companies offer double the salary for the same position) Ancient technologies from 20y ago and lack of flexibility and willingness to modernize projects Switching projects is very difficult Middle management is useless and not helpful, they only talk about the company and mostly ignore peoples needs
