      Supportive managers and some staff are willing to help.

      Cons

      Loads of appointments and some clients are hard to reach out when it comes to paperwork. They could cancel an appointment and replace it within short notice, so you had to chase paperwork within a short amount of time.

      - Flexibility is good, but be sure to ask for it at interview stages - the work is quite interesting -autonomy is offered in roles

      Cons

      - Next to no development offered - leadership team always seem to have internal drama between staff - there is no commission structure, don’t be fooled at interview stages with this promise, they do not pay out anything and keep their profits secret, it leaves staff feeling scammed after a year of hard work
