Great benefits, collaborative environment and a company that could really change member experience. Lots of very talented individuals who know their stuff and work to develop, grow and enhance the company.

Cons

Multiple acquisitions over the years has lead to a perpetual integration cycle which is excellent for experience and growth career wise, but has lead to noticeable burnout among teams.
