Circling the drain

Pros

Colleagues are nice people, and there is good work/life balance if you need to arrive late or leave early for emergencies or appointments. The CMO left (or was let go) in January, so hopefully things will improve on the business generation side of things.

Cons

Expanded to a new office on two floors, but feels like a ghost town after multiple rounds of layoffs in the past couple of years. Employees are opting to leave without having other jobs lined up, which is never a good sign. Business is drying up, and the company could be in serious financial trouble without investor funding or finding more clients. There is no investment in employee development, so don't look to grow you knowledge too much.

Great People and Atmosphere but Poor Management

Pros

The people are great and the working conditions are good too. There was always free breakfast food items and coffee/tea which is a nice perk.

Cons

I found that management was poor in that it was almost non existent. More often than not, very little direction was given for projects and resources were often lacking.

Pros

Great management in marketing and sales until they all left :(

Cons

Old school thinking keeps this company locked in the 90s
