      Only pro is work from home

      - nepotism at its finest - management expects you to be robotic like their COO - zero work life balance - only cares about your billable and NOT about employee retention - Canadian woman are targeted and discriminated against

      Pros

      Remote There’s not much more than that. Never leave your current job for a role here but if you are unemployed and need an in-between it can work. Compensation is pretty good in comparison to the market

      High turnover Constant Terminations Nothing outside of work, just work all day Need to be connected to leadership (friends/family) to move up Doesn’t carry much weight on your resume Things constantly changing and no work life balance In the past couple years, payroll has been missed
