      If you love the adventure of getting Birth day cake along with complimentary fired latter at any moment without any reason than please please join this company.

      you will have Birth day cake only.. Management level is very very poor, Money Minded company, never think for employee benefit, working environment is like Hell, they do not have any idea how to tackle employee,

      Pros

      Being a startup, we got ample opportunities to expand our selfs professionally by learning new technologies, working on different domains and project management (client handling, documentations etc.) Our growth depends on our willingness to take new challenges and initiatives.

      Cons

      Not sure if this counts as bad but one should be open to: - take new challenges and learning new things - take initiatives and be on toes at times - work diligently and committedly
