Processes and polices are extremely dated. No one understands how they've been able to stay in business as long as they have. Investments they choose do not make sense. Most people in management positions have no understanding about what is going, most have been there for years and are waiting to retire it out.

Lower management or "Team Leaders" are horrible. As another reviewer wrote, the company is very dated in their business philosophy/model and they seem to be stuck in a weird place. The building, although recently semi remolded, is extremely dated and the remodel process was done on the very cheap side. Way too many processes and meetings in place that severely take away from being 100% productive. Some team leaders are very vulgar in the way they talk and voice their opinions about others. The place is literally a rumor spreading mill and it became almost like a cancerous environment while I was there. I loved my job but couldn't take that part of it any longer. The turnover rate is atrocious.
