Classic example of wonderful people led by an absolute dunce
Pros
Analysts, developers and salesteam are tightly knit and very enjoyable to work with. They know their stuff and heelp improve yours. Sometimes there is a dog running around which is an enjoyable extra.
Cons
The boss has absolutely no respect for his employees. He employs non-arguments or argues from emotion in every encounter. Impossible to achieve anything. When approached about the ridiculously late salary payments (halfway the next month) he deflected by saying yhat he was getting annoyed or would get annoyed by said inquiries. Pathetic! Furthermore repeatedly shows his total ignorance by supplying evidence for his cases which actually disproves his statements. An absolute classic bully! Holds back development because he disliked the colours of a bar chart! Eventually you WILL get fired if you stand up for yourseld or others. Absolutely no spine.
