      Due to a lack of resources, I got a lot of projects to work on which made my skills even better.

      No proper guidance by senior resources and management, office politics, After a point, you'll stop learning anything new and that will be the exact same time you'll start to get pressurized for, no benefits from the company (one of my colleague had a heart problem and was taking leaves for a few days and was suddenly fired one day over a mail), the employers think of you as if you're a machine and slave to them, I did not get my salary for the last month that I worked for at iByte, AND FOR GIRLS JOIN IBYTE IF YOU WANT TO REGULARLY HARASSED AND MOLESTED BY THE CTO, NEWSFLASH:- HE IS A MOLESTER AND WOMAN-EYESER.

      Nothing please don't join if you are a good Developer.You deserve far better company.

      -Inexpereinced team -quality assurance person act like your boss and trust me they have zero knowledge of coding Infact they dont have knowledgeof their own domain.On my first day they ask me how many apis have you build like its a magic 🤣🤣 -every one plays the blame game here.Full of politics as they have poor mindset people.
