      Pros

      Cross team collaborative environment, without traditional corporate hierarchy. The organization values the challenge process (Principle Based Management terminology) that allows for a thoughtful exchange of ideas that push innovation throughout the company. The work is often fast paced and meaningful given the electoral implications of politically adjacent efforts the company works on

      Pros

      No accountability so I could spend my time looking for a new job. It took forever but I finally found something.

      Cons

      So many people have been headed for the door for so long. Leadership and HR have never been worse and the only reason people stay is because the job market is in the toilet. So many fake positive reviews here. Don't believe them.
