Pros

A collaborative environment where your coworkers truly want you to succeed and become the best you can be. I've become a better developer through the positive and constructive feedback from everyone. ePublishing has been the best place I've worked.

Cons

As a company that has fully embraced 100% telecommuting, it can sometimes be an isolating experience if you don't take the time to reach out to everyone else when not prompted. There's plenty of opportunity for interaction, but you need to do it deliberately rather than spontaneous interactions at the watercooler.

Pros

Great work from home situation. Some good people to talk to and a few sharp minds, especially on the technology side. If you're looking to get your hours in while moonlighting, this is your place to do it.

Cons

Many of the employees were fearful of their situation and of some in upper management. Pay is middling. Not very consistent across the board with how people are given computers or other perks. The CEO isn't much of a factor. He appears out of nowhere to give people information and then disappears again. The marketing and sales side is a dumpster fire. Their product is a CMS that doesn't do what many of its competitors can. They have whispered here and there about going public but a lot of the employees would shake their head wondering what they do different than anyone else.
