Fully remote and flexible work schedule.
Cons
The company doesn’t seem to have a clear vision for going forward. Goals would change constantly and leadership was unclear. If you are looking for a company with any kind of structure or process, look elsewhere.

Great people to work with, really innovative product.
Cons
eLumen has a really great tool that I think could make a difference in higher education - however executive management in this company really struggles with a clear direction. Communication is always very unclear.
